 My personal
mission is to be a catalyst for people to recognize and share their
unique gifts with the world. When each of us on this planet is truly
doing work we love and living our lives as our authentic selves, the
world will certainly be a place of abundance and love.
As a coach, I get to
live my personal mission every day. My 20 years of experience as a
“Corporate Survivor”, Small Business owner, Marketing Consultant and
Coach allow me to support my clients in creating a healthy life they
love. I am dedicated to being the catalyst necessary for each client
to achieve the results he/she desires and deserves.
Now for the gory
details…
I grew up in a
small town in the Midwest among family and friends that supported me
fully and made me believe that “I could do anything I wanted to do”.
After graduating from college with a degree in Marketing, I began my
career in Marketing Research, then transitioned to Brand Management
with Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, I earned my Master’s of
Business Administration while working the typical corporate 60 hour
work week. My Marketing career finally brought me to Monterey,
California, one of the most beautiful places on earth.
In 2000, I started my
Marketing Consulting business, working with clients all over the
world. As I worked with a friend to develop a business plan for her
dream business, I became intrigued by her business concept – a
boutique style Day Spa/Fitness Centre focused on the integration of
the physical side of health with the needed lifestyle and emotional
support to have the changes “stick”. So when Lori asked me to
officially become a partner in her dream, I jumped at the chance. I
am proud to say that on July 2, 2006, we celebrated the five year
anniversary of Energia Body Centre, a full service Day Spa and
Fitness Centre.
During this same
time, I began investigating a relatively new career called
“coaching”. I chose Coach University for my coach training, and have
completed over 200 hours of intensive training. Today, I coach
people who are ready to have their lives be different. Of course,
that means many different things to different people. Through
Energia’s e3 program, I have the opportunity to support
people in making dramatic shifts in their health, both physically
and emotionally. I’d love to be your partner in creating the results
you desire and deserve!
