Spa treatments may be new to you, and we are here to put you at ease
and ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your experience.
Here are some tips on how to best enjoy your treatment:
Arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your treatment. You’ll be given a
locker, with a luxurious robe and spa slippers, to use while
at Energia. We will ask you to fill out some important information
about yourself so that we may provide you with a
treatment designed to meet your specific needs.
Remove all clothing for the optimal massage. Your therapist is
trained to provide proper draping during your massage to
ensure your comfort and privacy.
Be sure to tell your therapist about:
Any injuries or particularly sore or tense areas of your body.
Any medical conditions, including high blood pressure, heart
problems, headaches, varicose veins, or recent surgery.
Any medications you are taking or other recent treatments you
have had. For your health and safety, note that we do not
offer waxing services to anyone who has taken Accutane within the last 6 months. Other medications and procedures,
including Retin-A, Botox®, and Restylane may also
be contraindicated for waxing services.
Any infectious diseases such as a cold, the flu, or a skin rash.
Depending on the ailment, some treatments may increase
your discomfort.
While enjoying your treatment, close your eyes and allow yourself to
completely relax. Breathe slowly and deeply.
Let the therapist do the work! Be like a rag doll and do not try to
help by moving your arms, legs, or head unless requested
by the therapist. We’re here to pamper you!
